NOTE: Firms located in Georgia outside of Fulton, DeKalb, or Clayton counties and outside the state of Georgia (interstate certification) must submit their certification application to GDOT.

NOTE: All Small businesses located in all Georgia counties meeting the SBA eligibility requirements may submit a Small Business Program certification application. If your firm is a currently/or previously Certified DBE or ACDBE by MARTA, do not create a new account. That same account will access the Small Business Program certification.
